Sunday Chicken

1lb chicken strips
1 can Healthy Request Cream of Chicken soup
1 cup sour cream (I always use Breakstone's sour cream)
Lower sodium bacon
freshly ground black pepper to taste


Pre-heat oven to 225F
Whisk together the soup and sour cream. Dip chicken, wrap in bacon, pour remaining
soup/sour cream mix over the top, cover with foil and bake at 225F for 4 hours. During the last
15 minutes, remove the foil and bake 350F.
