Cut tomatoes in half (if necessary.)
Place in a bowl and add Tabasco sauce, finely chopped garlic,
oregano, basil, cumin, splash of red wine vinegar,
drizzle of olive oil, lime juice, salt and pepper to taste.
Marinate for at least 10 minutes.
While the tomatoes marinate, slice the zucchini and sautee
in a pan with olive oil until lightly browned.
Cook the tortellini according to directions on package,
then place in a large bowl. Add the tomatoes (including the liquid),
olives, feta cheese, and zucchini to the tortellini, drizzle with olive
oil, splash of red wine vinegar and stir to combine. Chill for one
hour before serving.
