This delivery arrived well after 9pm,
so I didn't get the usual 'open box' pictures.

I overcooked the burger a tad :/ Still, it was good.
The pickled shallot was very strong.

Recipe 2.
Seared beef medallions with prince of orange
potatoes and caper-butter pan sauce.

Just popped it back in the pan for a few seconds.

Beef medallions with prince of orange potatoes
and caper-butter pan sauce.
Despite having to pop the beef back into the pan, it was very tender.
That caper-butter sauce was out of this world tasty.

Recipe 3.
Ratatouille tarts with marinated summer squash.
