Very easy chocolate chip
cookie recipe

2 1/4 cups all-purpose flour
teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon salt
4 tbs butter, softened
1/4 cup coconut oil
3/4 cup granulated white sugar
3/4 cup packed brown sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
2 eggs
10-ounces Semi-Sweet
Chocolate Morsels

Preheat oven to 375 ° F.
Combine
flour, baking soda and
salt in a separate bowl.
Beat butter, granulated sugar,
brown sugar and vanilla in large bowl.
Add eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition.
Gradually beat in flour mixture.
Stir in chocolate chips.
Drop by rounded tablespoon onto ungreased baking
sheets or baking sheets lined with parchment paper.

BAKE for 9 to 11 minutes or until golden brown.
Let stand for 2 minutes.
Place on wire racks to cool completely.
Makes about 2-3 dozen cookies,
depending on the size you make the cookies.

#1. Use TWO very ripe bananas
very ripe bananas for banana bread

#2. Use coconut oil to grease the pan instead of cooking spray.
I like this brand pictured below, Dr. Bronner's.
It has the least amount of coconut taste
and it's not detectable at all after baking.
I bought this brand at Whole Foods.

#3. Do NOT over mix. Whisk by hand just to combine,
then fold in the two ripe, already mashed bananas,
and chocolate chips to taste. Pour into pan immediately and bake.
