I used Wilton's meringue powder and the recipe on the back of the package.
4 cups powdered sugar
3 tbs meringue powder
5 tbs water

I don't have a stand mixer, so I had to mix all ingredients with a
hand mixer on high for 10-12 minutes until stiff peaks formed.

These cookies are my first attempt at homemade sugar cookies
and royal icing. I'm sure I've made sugar cookies before but I've
never made or worked with royal icing.

Top 3 tips for making the fluffiest, moist, most delicious banana bread.
#1. Use TWO very ripe bananas
very ripe bananas for banana bread

#2. Use coconut oil to grease the pan instead of cooking spray.
I like this brand pictured below, Dr. Bronner's. It has the least amount of coconut taste
and it's not detectable at all after baking. I bought this brand at Whole Foods.

#3. Do NOT over mix. Whisk by hand just to combine, then fold in the two ripe, already mashed bananas,
and chocolate chips to taste. Pour into pan immediately and bake.
