Ice Bar- Bar made entirely of ice!
Dairy Queen Peanut Buster Parfait
Mongolian chicken, green beans, noodles of some sort.
Waffle House waffle station.
This was your last chance, Waffle House and you blew it.
You really blew it.
Huey Magoos. Best fried chicken ever. EVER. PERIOD.
Thanks to this place, I don't even bother to make my own fried chicken anymore.
If you have one near you or pass by one in your travels definitely stop.
Joe's Crab Shack.
We were given a gift card and free food is free food :)
This was our second visit. The first visit was just for lunch.
This time we had dinner.
Rum Barrel LIT
The new Tiki drinks. You can keep the glass! (And this one was made with
real glass.) Dishwasher safe.
Cruzan Aged light rum, Cruzan Pineapple Rum and
Cruzan Coconut rum mixed with sweet and sour and pineapple juice,
topped with Sprite and a Myer's Dark rum float.
This was delicious.
The most annoying thing is this bucket. I get that you are suppose
to use it for trash but until the food comes I don't want this thing in my face.
I would move it and the waitress would come over and put it back
in the middle of the table.
Bucket of snow crab.
1 and 1/4th pound of crab, corn on the cob, new potatoes.
A great way to die of SALT POISONING. I am not kidding. They need to use 80 percent LESS salt.
The overabundance of salt killed the naturally sweet flavour of the crab meat. We were disappointed.
Red Raspberry Palmer.
Lemonade and Segram's Sweet Tea Vodka. And you can keep the glass!
I didn't like this drink very much.
The Cheesecake Factory.
The Cheesecake Factory always SUCKS. I only go there when given a gift card.
Because, ya know, free :)
The dipping sauce was ultra generic/cheap tasting. Yick.
Waffle House waffle.
They're huge but not very good.
Waffle House coffee.
Papa John's pizza.
First visit to The Cheesecake Factory.
Uh, did not like. I was given a gift card so I decided to try them.
I had never eaten here before because my intuition told me "frozen garbage!"
I was right.
Terrible. Dry and bland.
Cheesecake Factory's BBQ Salmon with mashed potatoes
The salmon was way too fishy! And the BBQ sauce tasted generic/bottled/cheap, bleh.
Cheesecake Factory's Shepherd's pie
Ugh. Even worse than it looks.
The Cheesecake Factory should change its name to Not Real Cheesecake Factory.
Nothing about this Red Velvet "Cheesecake" was real cheesecake, and at 7.95 not worth it, even if it is a very
large portion. VERY LARGE portion.
At least the whipped cream was real (and fresh)
Notice the shadow in the upper left corner... my husband was waiting to dig in!
Expect to bring one of these things home because portions are HUGE!
A very long visit, with waiting for seating and service time made our visit 2 hours long!
Perhaps that is the reason the menu is so HUGE, to give you something to do. I did not like the menu,
far too large.
Bubble in my pizza!
Bucket of peanuts (feel free to throw the shells on the floor.)
Pretty good but too greasy.
I couldn't stand throwing the shells on the floor,
so we put them in the empty bread basket.
Logan's homemade potato chips.
These would have been good but WAY over salted. Even in
this low-quality pic you can see all the salt!!
They're salt shaker must have had an accident all over my food because
this burger was SALTY. Otherwise, it would have been pretty good.
And for no extra charge, a piece of plastic I found in my burger!
Lunch in the park. The famous Publix sub.
Publix Philly cheese steak sub with Boar's Head beef
Our first visit to Carrabbas
September 02, 2012
Carrabbas Italian Raspberry Soda
Very sweet, a little too sweet in fact. They should up the flavor and
decrease the sugar by at least half. It really doesn't need to be THAT sweet.
Seasoning in olive oil for the bread.
Carrabba's bread is SO much better than the Olive Garden's bread sticks.
Meh, some over-priced angel hair pasta w/ frozen veg.
My DH ordered this. It was better than mine but...
I guess you should never take an Italian to an Italian restaurant, we NEVER like the food :p
The Ale House Cherry Limeade cocktail
The service was strange but this cocktail was THEE BEST cherry limeade cocktail
I have ever tasted.
Tobasco brand Buffalo style hot sauce at Ale House
Ale House mini burgers and sweet potato fries with dipping fluff
The burgers were terrible. Dry. The sweet potato fries with dipping fluff was the absolute best.
After three different visits and six different meals (between 2 of us), the sweet potato fries and
the cocktail are the only good things about The Ale House. We will not be going back!
Marcus ordered the Bistro burger and gave it a 2.
Dry buger with mushy toppings. Bun was hard.
